To wear tights or not to wear tights?

Hey all, hows the world according to fashion?

Well this article is about stockings/ tights , do you wear them and if so with pumps or better yet with open toe sandals, Me myself I'm a believer in open toes/peep toes in the winter and fall but i have never tried the shoe with tights and by tights i mean stockings .....well my sister (in the example above) always does it and ALWAYS looks fabulous in fact she is a icon to me when it comes to fashion, when I'm not sure i always consult with big sis and she is always right! So tonight, I'm gonna try it and see what looks i get... you all go out and be brave too try something new, hey its just fashion ! kudos!!!!!!!
