Ok so i live by this stuff, I apply it atleast three times a dayim obsessive when it comes to my nails so walmart,walgreens,cvs,
duane reed, rite aide, and target all love to see me coming,
going straight to the beauty aisle. So to get your nails together start with
these little treatments that takes less then ten minutes a day!
starting
Step 1: wash your hands and nails
(at your desk just use baby wipes)
Step 2: file your nails to an even square or round tip
(p.s. your file can also be used to push your cuticles down)
Step 3: rub lotion or oil on hands and into nail to soften cuticle
(this makes it easier to push cuticles away from nail bed)
Step 4: with a tissue or baby wipe remove left over lotion/oil
(removing the lotion/oil is to insure you have a smooth polish )
Step 5: with your favorite polish stroke nail on the right inner side of nail starting with the tip of the brush bringing it down flat to the top of your nail, repeat until whole nail is polished
use second coat to fill in and get perfect color! * use
HARD as NAILS for finishing touches.....the perfect manicure!
