New mama Sarah Jessica and hubby Matthew Broderick have released the first photo of newborn twins Marion Loretta Elwell Broderick (pictured in the loving arms of SJP) and Tabitha Hodge Broderick (already the front runner for lead daddy’s girl).
The photo, which includes curious big bro James Wilkie, was released to the world on Monday—not, per typical celeb fashion, to the highest glossy bidder. (The couple made a similar no-frills reveal of James back in 2002.)
The twins themselves were born via a much-hounded surrogate at East Ohio Regional Hospital last Tuesday.

The Garden State may be extra lush this summer.
New Jersey officials have proposed a ban on "Brazilian" bikini waxes, claiming the extreme grooming risky as well as risqué.

Two women were recently hospitalized for infections stemming from no-follicle-left-behind procedure, and one of them has filed a lawsuit, according to Jeff Lamm, a spokesman for New Jersey's Division of Consumer Affairs, which oversees the cosmetology board.
But New Jersey spa owners say officials have no business legislating what women do with their Pine Barrens."Our customers have never had any problems - all this is going to do is send our customers across the river to New York," said Kathleen Ho, owner of the Spa at Port Liberte in Jersey City.
Brazilians account for 85 percent of all bikini waxes, said Rita Gitelman, owner of La Femme in Hoboken."We've never had a single complaint," she said. "Our clients are extremely upset."
Technically, genital waxing has never been allowed only the face, neck, abdomen, legs and arms are permitted but because bare-it-all "Brazilians" weren't specifically banned, state regulators haven't enforced the law.

Officials with the National Cosmetology Association and National-Interstate Council of State Boards of Cosmetology said they were unaware of another state that has banned genital waxing.

I hate to get involved with political things, However this one is hurting me .This (my body/my look) does not pull its self together...I need manicures, pedicures, hair salons and yes Helga the hot waxer @ my spa. its not fun to be down there every 3-6 days grooming the little errant hairs that creep back as soon as you turn your head, and long gone are the days where I'm shaving in the shower every morning...yuck ans who has the time . I'm a married woman! there is no time to be sore or for razor bumps, not for me not in 2009. There will be a sequel to the huge box office hit Sex and the City: The Movie, with Sarah Jessica Parker, Kim Cattral , Cynthia Nixon, Kristin Davis and the film's writer-director Michael Patrick King all on board, PEOPLE has confirmed. "I'm very excited to work with these amazing actresses again," King says, "and would love to give everyone more information about the sequel… but I'm busy with my Sex life."During press appearances in London three months ago, Cattrall told reporters she was certain a sequel would happen. "The fans keep saying, 'Yes, one more,'" Cattrall said. "The movie was so much fun to do and be part of again. I hope we're going to do it again." The second movie will be shooting this

summer and due in theaters summer 2010

Yesterday I'm in class reading my human psyche book with my Star magazine hidden inside and gagging, glancing and tearing through the pages to get to the bottom of the cover story about , Sarah Jessica Parker's husband, Matthew Broderick, was cheating on her with a younger woman. Now, I knew that from previous magazines and all the news stuff and yes...Wendy (Williams) too. but Star is exclusively reporting that our beloved hero and Sex and the City superstar has begun house hunting in New York City — solo! *(this is so part two of the movie)

OK here's what they say In the Jan. 19 issue of Star — on sale now! — we report that while Sarah thought she could make it work with her straying mate, she recently visited a midtown real estate broker to help her find her own place.

"The time has come when she realizes it just isn't worth it," a friend of the couple tells Star. "Sarah Jessica is determined to get her own place and bring down the curtain on her marriage."
Adds another insider: "Sarah's not stupid. She knows exactly what's going on. For a while it was easier for her to stay than go through a harsh divorce. They're essentially living separate lives."
Now that the holidays are over, the actress is revisiting her exit strategy, which takes into careful consideration the couple's 6-year-old son, James Wilkie — just about the only thing holding the pair together.

"They spent the holidays with him, pretending to be happy," says another source. "SJP is a great actress when she has to be!"
