IM BACK 2010!!!

Hello blog world its been a month an thirteen days since I last checked in with you, So hello, how are you? and to my new readers Welcome!!!

WE HAVE SO MUCH TO GAB ABOUT...TYRA LEAVING HER SHOW , OPRAH LEAVING TO DO POLITICS AND OF COURSE FASHION SO LETS GO *CRASH COURSE STYLE*

After five seasons, two Daytime Emmy awards and too many girl-power episodes to count, Tyra Banks is announcing the end of The Tyra Show. “This will be the last season of The Tyra Show,” Banks tells PEOPLE exclusively. “I’ve been loving having fun, coming into your living rooms, bedrooms, hair salons for the past 5 years.”
Wrapping at the end of its fifth season in the spring of 2010, it will be lights out for the show that brought viewers memorable weave-exposing, cellulite-revealing and tear-jerking moments.
Banks will focus on the launch of Bankable Studios, a N.Y.-based film production company currently reviewing possible projects. Sticking to her mission, Banks aims to bring “positive images of women to the big screen,” says an industry insider. “My next huge steps will allow me to reach more women and young girls to help us all feel as fierce as we truly are,”

"After much prayer, and months of careful thought, I've decided that next season -- season 25 -- will be the last season of 'The Oprah Winfrey Show'," she said in prepared remarks at the end of the episode. SHE GOES ON TO SAY
"This show has been my life, and I love it enough to know when it's time to say goodbye," said Winfrey, 55, in a tear-choked voice. "Twenty-five years feels right in my bones, and it feels right in my spirit."
Her words put a period to a show that has become a kind of national altar where supplicants ask forgiveness, jump-start stalled careers, sell a book or introduce an idea.
Or jump on a couch like a grinning, crazy person because you're in love, like Tom Cruise once did about Katie Holmes. For many in her largely female audience, Winfrey is the big sister who tells you to stop wearing slips because they always show. She's bared the dark places in her own soul, and in the process inspired viewers to examine their own secrets. She rolled out a wagon of fat to signify the weight she'd lost. We watched her put it all back on, then off, then on again, and never judged her for it. We all connected with Winfrey's philosophy that we are all capable of living our best lives every day and giving love to those around us. "She feels like she's your personal friend, giving you great advice about yourself and relating to others, Personally "I think she's awesome," Who wouldn't like a best friend who can hand out cars as gifts? Winfrey's biggest superpower is making viewers forget that their "best friend" has an estimated fortune of $2.3 billion and runs an entertainment empire that includes other television talk shows, movies and a magazine. HOW YOU DOING OPRAH?

A progression of structure and color swept through the Chanel Fall couture runway for the Fall 2009 Couture collection. Beginning on a classic note, Karl Lagerfield sent tailored skirt suits hushed in grey, brown, and navy hues to set the simple opulence synonymous with the Chanel brand. The dress and coat ensembles may have been stream-lined but jeweled embellishments and graphic patterns brought a fresh breath to the classic looks. The lace tights and colorful oxford shoe pairings also brought a delicate, dark asymmetry to the twist on the menswear fabrications. But as the show progressed, skirt suits morphed into ethereal tulle evening gowns, and the smoky colors intensified to a spectrum of jeweled purples, reds and blues. The silhouettes also became more daring with dramatic “tails” skimming the ground behind mid-thigh sequenced dresses and patterns exploded in firework designs and bursting floral jewels to bring the intensity to a heightened severity.
The Chanel couture show was a detour from Lagerfeld’s recent past shows that were more engrossed in lighter, natural glamour but a movement towards a darker, more mysterious ambiance made the show all the more striking. Inspiration? Perhaps the mysterious Madame Coco Chanel herself, as she is the subject of two films soon to be released.

SO THAT'S IT IN A BUNCH BUT I WILL BE BACK....SMOOCHES!!!!
